Honey Glazed Chicken Legs
Chicken legs aka drum sticks are the best pieces of chicken to quench your hunger for some chicken.
This simple recipe shows how to turn this awesome piece of meat into the most delicious and juiciest thing. Suitable for those party starters or simple appetizers on a lazy chilly day.
So, let’s jump right into the flavour heaven of this easy-to-make dish.
Ingredients:
4 pcs Chicken Legs1 Tbsp Ginger garlic paste
1-1/2 Tbsp Soya sauce
1 Tbsp Tomato sauce
2 tsp Black Pepper (freshly crushed)
1 Tbsp Honey
2 pcs Green Chilies (split in half)
2 Tbsp Olive oil
Salt to taste
Procedure:
1. Poke chicken legs with the help of a fork.
2. Marinate chicken legs with ginger-garlic
paste, soya sauce, tomato sauce, crushed black pepper and salt. Keep aside for
half an hour.
3. Put a pan on flame, add olive oil and let
it heat. Now add green chilies and let it crackle.
4. Add the marinated chicken to the pan and
cook till the chicken gets tender and the gravy thickens to coat the pieces evenly.
If the gravy is too thick add little bit of water to bring it to the desired
consistency.
5. Plate it and drizzle honey over it. Enjoy!
