Butter Pepper Chicken



Let’s get directly to the fun part of cooking this super simple 5-step yummy finger licking butter pepper lemon chicken.

Ingredients:

250 gm Chicken(medium cut pieces) 
50 gm Butter 
1 tsp Olive oil 
1 Tbsp Ginger-garlic paste 
1 tsp Black pepper (freshly crushed) 
½ tsp Black Pepper (powdered) 
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice 
Salt To taste

Procedure:

1. Marinate the chicken with ginger-garlic paste, freshly crushed black pepper and salt. Keep aside for half an hour.
2. In a pan add butter and a bit of olive oil just to prevent butter from burning.
3. Now add the marinated chicken and cook till the chicken is tender. Keep stirring in between to keep it from burning.
4. Add lemon juice and salt (if required) and mix well.
5. Sprinkle with some black pepper powder. Enjoy!
