In the morning or at the dawn with a cup of tea, here is a quick and simple appetizer to quench your small hunger for quick bites.
All you need is minimal amount of things which can be readily available in your kitchen. Just go and try this yummy recipe. You can also modify it in flling whatever you like. Be innovative and creative. 

Ingredients: 

Bread Loaves                           - 4-6 pcs
Potatoes (boiled)                    - 2 pcs
Green Chillies (chopped)     - 2 pcs
All Purpose Flour                     - 1 tbsp
Onions (chopped)                 - 2 pcs
Coriander (chopped)           - 1 tbsp
Red Chilli Powder                   - 1 tsp
Chat Masala                           - 1 tsp
Salt                                            - To taste
Oil                                              - for deep frying

Procedure:

1. Cut the corners of the bread.

2. Put the corners in a mixer and turn it into crumbs.

3. Take out the crumbs into a plate and keep aside.

4. Mash boiled potatoes with the help of a fork or a spoon until all the lumps are gone.

5. Now add onions, green chillies, coriander, red chilli powder, chat masala and salt to the mashed potatoes. Mix it well to make a consistent mix and keep aside.

6. Now take two tablespoons of maida and add water to it to make a thick paste.

7. Now make small elongated balls of potato fillings and keep it aside.

8. Roll the balls in bread and dip it in maida paste and coat it with bread crumbs.

9. Fry in oil until golden brown.

10. Take out and serve hot with green chutney and tomato sauce.
