With the arrival of summer, our all year wait for the King of Fruits ended with 'mangoes' coming to the market. Not only they are extremely delicious but also they are full of nutrients and are a good source of Vitamin C too. It also helps in digestion. We all know that the other thing which contains 'probiotics' and helps in digestion is curd/yogurt.
So, here is a recipe for Mango Shrikhand that is not only tasty, indulgent and yummy but also good for your tummy tummy. So, let's make some healthy tasty mango shrikhand.
Ingredients :
250gms Hung Curd
1 -2 pcs Mango
1 cup Sugar
1 tsp Elaichi Powder
Procedure :
1. Whip the curd in a mixer until its even, smooth and creamy.
2. Peel and cut mangoes in cubes and make it a pulp in mixer.
3. Grind the sugar into fine powder.
4. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly in the mixer until its light yellowish.
5. Pour into cups (or kulhad).
6. Keep in refridgerator for 4-5 hours until it sets.
7. Serve with mango cubes (for a chunky effect, but its completely optional).
