Sometimes in the morning we are so hungry that making long procedure breakfast is just not an option. May be that's why 2-minute noodles are such a hit!! 🤔.
Talking of noodles, here is a super easy and so delicious recipe made from noodles that you can prepare within 20-25 minutes. All you need is some spices, a couple of stuffs and well noodles obviously.
Here I have used the chowmein noodles, but you can make it with Maggi, Hakka Noodles or any other spaghetti pasta kinda noodles you can find, the only difference would be the cooking time and slight change in taste depending on what it is made of. Rest of it is same as given in this recipe. (You can even use leftover rice to make this dish)
So, enough chit-chat. Let's see how this yummy and super easy delicacy is made. Ingredients coming right up.
Ingredients:
Noodles - 200-250 gms
Ginger paste - 2 tbsp
Garlic paste - 2 tbsp
Green chilli paste - 2 tbsp
Chaat masala - 1 tbsp
Red chilli powder - 2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 2 tsp
Garam Masala - 1 tsp
Jeera Masala - 1 tsp
Finely chopped onion - 1 pc
Corn flour - 2 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Ginger paste - 2 tbsp
Garlic paste - 2 tbsp
Green chilli paste - 2 tbsp
Chaat masala - 1 tbsp
Red chilli powder - 2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 2 tsp
Garam Masala - 1 tsp
Jeera Masala - 1 tsp
Finely chopped onion - 1 pc
Corn flour - 2 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Procedure:
1. Boil water in a container and add salt (1-2 tbsp) to it. This is to flavour the noodles. Adjust accordingly.
2. When noodles are cooked drain and take out in a big plate.
3. Add all the ingredients to it and mix well. Adjust quantity of corn flour accordingly to make a good sticky mix.
4. Make small balls of this mix and keep aside for 3-5 minutes.
5. Deep fry the balls until golden brown in colour and are crispy from the outside and soft from the inside.
6. Serve hot with green chutney.
